I just picked up a round of books from the library and I am looking forward to working my way through the stack. Here is what is in the lineup:
The White Lady
A new lead character from Jaqueline Winspear. I have always loved Maisie Dobb, so I am very excited about this one.
House of Cotton
The description of this book sounded great, but with characters named Magnolia, Cotton and Mama Brown, it may be too southern. But I am willing to find out!
The Mitford Affair
I actually haven’t read a historical fiction novel recently. So I am looking forward to this WWII novel about six sisters who divide loyalties.
