When October (the best month) rolls around, I always feel the need to line up my TBR bookshelf with some witchy goodness. The perfect compliment to hours of Halloweentown and Halloween Wars, these wicthy reads help get me in the Halloween sprit. This year I will also be headed to Rhode Island for the Jack O Lantern Spectacular so I need to feel extra spooky!

Part of the Practical Magic series, the Owens witches are as much a part of Halloween as Halloweentown!
I found this one interesting because it is set not in New England, but in another hotbed for witches…New Orleans.
I love a good two time line story and this one is historical and modern and about witches!
This one may or may not be about witches..I’ll have to read it to find out!
